Currants

This is a small bunch of currants. They are essentially tiny grapes. I wondered what type of currants they are; possibilities include red, black, pink and white. They are not the latter two but if you google red currants and black currants, you get ones that are pitch black and bright red. Anyway, they're all the same and they are delicious. 

Today was incredibly hot, reaching 40C in the early afternoon. Then at about 4pm the southerly buster came in and the temperature dropped by about 15C. It was blowing a hoolie and brought some rain. A welcome relief. Tomorrow promises to be much milder. Might do something other than stay inside with the air con.
