Roses for Dougal

Many thanks for all the hearts, stars and comments on my blip yesterday; they were very much appreciated.
 
I had a u3a “taster” event to attend during the morning; I was in charge of the refreshments.
 
Then I went into town to the bank and to Grape Tree to buy some peanut butter. Their peanut butter does not have any salt in it which is ideal for my husband.
 
Today’s picture is of a pot plant of roses, which arrived by Royal Mail this morning, sent to us by my granddaughter Victoria and her husband.
 
The temperature today at noon was seven degrees Celsius; more rain, sometimes quite heavy.
