Happy Birthday to my dad, 78 today!
As I didn’t have to work, we had a trip out to Baythorne End to have a look round the little food shops there and have lunch in the cafe. Unfortunately, the cafe was closed for renovation so we went to the pub at Sewards End. It was a lovely meal, although a lot bigger lunch than we had planned for. I brought some of dad’s steak home for the dogs and Ruby was so excited, she nearly ripped my finger off. D stuck it back together with steri strips and a plaster. I just hope I don’t need a tetanus!
