Not sure I’ve blipped the new PhD room we’ve been in since last summer yet — much nicer than the hole I’d been stuck in for the 5 years before that!

“You have reached the required standard but we are unable to invite you for interview immediately” — the response to my most recent job application. This may sound negative to most, but for me it’s a very positive step in the right direction! A good day of future life stuff.
