Destruction in progress

The (quite old) house at the marble (and granite) shop is being torn down. At least part of it. But since the whole house is empty, most of the windows removed, I suppose the whole house will be gone soon. We'll see.
What I was wondering about was the fact, that it is done so carefully. Not with wrecking ball (no Miley Cyrus), but with a pair of claw. And the waste is immediately separated. The grey container is filled with wood, the blue container with something different (I couldn't see it from the distance).
The chap at the container was wearing a helmet and also a mask. Perhaps they expect asbestos.
