Basket weaver's outlook on life !

My partner being Vietnamese, we were able to chat at length to these folks, not just take pictures ! The old boy is mid-80s, widowered, but has a twinkle in his eye about his employees ( one also mid-80s, the other, over 90 ! ).

They seemed mentally sharp and pretty content with life. Why ? Firstly, they said they were very busy. Not just the basket weaving, they also cooked, cleaned, looked after small children etc. They were also central to the family process, in every meal, gathering - not parked at the end of the garden. Pretty good recipe for a happy and relevant life !

Got a "20" for this in last night's club competition, so I'm happy too ( ! ).
