Dough

Totally forgot to blip yesterday! Oh well, sometimes that happens.

The night before the big race...I asked Mr. Apple to make me a bread so I know I'd have some good stuff in my tummy tonight and some slices waiting for me when I get up at 4:45 AM tomorrow. Here he is scoring the dough before it goes into the oven. He made a beautiful bread.
