STRAVA Day 1341- indoor yoga

Looked out the second floor of the gym this morning and decided to take a photo as an option for the understated monochrome prompt. 

In the extras are my ditch the wall journey self-timed shots plus the handstand blocks Gramps made in his shop using extra wood and a sheet of anti-slip surface mat roll from a local store.
