For why and how long tho?

This area has been cordoned off, with signs proclaiming it to be dangerous, for weeks now. First thing: I cannot see a single thing of concern; perhaps the slight cracks and unevenness of some tiles????? Second thing: if there is a thing, surely it should be addressed?
