Grand living..

Some sunshine to enjoy this morning - finally! And we took a wander round the shops in Leigh on Sea - sad to see more shops closed down though since our last trip but the cafes and restaurants seem to be booming.

And this is the Grand Hotel, so it used to be built in 1899, and is currently being redeveloped as luxury flats, spa and restaurant.  I think prices start at £700,000..... more affordable living!!  Think I'll pass!
