Edit: I found a very interesting article about the cafeteria and the couple who runs it - Ludvig and his wife Lesley who comes from Mexico. Ludvig has grown up in Åre and his parents and grandparents have ran the top cafeteria before him. The article is in Swedish but use a translation service, it it worth it!
