Halong Bay, Vietnam

A wonderful day here in Vietnam at Halong Bay.  An otherworldly place with the most amazing limestone rock formations that poke up out of the bay looking like dragons' scales.  It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and well worth it -- a fascinating place which we discovered today aboard a junk (boat). 

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year (Tet in Vietnam), and consequently there is a great deal of celebration all around us as we anchor here overnight!
