A Complete Unknown

Diana Dors, originally Diana Fluck! I kid you not!

I've blipped her before, but then she was just an 'extra' on here, maybe a complete unknown. This time she is the main event! We've been to see A Complete Unknown, in Swindon which is where she was born, hence the statue. We both enjoyed the film, Timothée Chalamet is a very convincing Dylan. You have to overlook a lot of plot fabrications and invention, but I was expecting that having read some reviews. I missed out on his initial acoustic phase though I now know and love all the early albums. I started with Highway 61 Revisited (which I will always remember I bought second hand from the vicar's daughter!) and worked my way backwards until Blonde On Blonde came out.

Diana by the way is mono for Wide Wednesday, but not really understated - I have given her a touch of the Silver Efex Hollywood glamour treatment :-)

In other news our dishwasher may have packed up. It trips the RCD when it comes on. I'm not fully convinced it has gone as we discovered the toaster also trips it (but only with M&S Luxury Hot Cross  buns again - strange). I will run a series of experiments tomorrow to try to pin down what is going on. Meanwhile we are having to wash up and dry by hand, it's a pain!

Still haven't got through the Dylan book, I must get back to it and finish the playlist.
