Another Sunset

Finally got my shaggy mop cut, only two months overdue, but then I only go every three. There's nothing quite like the hairdressers mirror (in my experience) to show you how much weight you've gained/lost in your face. I really need to go back on the 5:2, trouble is it needs to be more like 2:5!
