Woodpecker

This week's W-I-D-E on Wednesday Challenge Theme hosted by StevenG is 'Black and White' (understated subject) which I take to mean one that's not normally taken in the medium.

Whilst having breakast, our resident red Woodpecker landed on the feeder and I grabbed my camera to take a few frames which I've changed to black and white.

After Mrs BB returned from the hairdressers, we drove a good haour to visit my dad in Penarth, nr Cardiff (UK) to spend a couple of hours with him after being away a couple of weeks. He was out cleaning his driveway. Good to have a catch up after the couple of chats managed when we were away.
