Morning sky

One of the libraries I work in on a supply basis emailed last night to ask if I was free to help out due to staff sickness so I was unexpectedly working 9-5 today. Knowing that I probably wouldn’t have the opportunity to take any photos, I quickly took a couple of shots of the peachy morning sky before leaving the house at 08:15. The drive to work was accompanied by beautiful skies, my lunchtime walk to a nearby shop was in sunshine, and when I left work at 17.07 it was still fairly light with the darkness falling quickly as I drove home. The days are definitely getting longer!
