Anyone?

I was in the cafe this afternoon and I passed this as I walked home.  This is a recycling bin for food but the problem is they are quite small and light weight, so this one was blown down the street during Storm Eowyn last Friday.  I really like the message that the bin had to be "rescued" and that it has been handwritten, with nice handwriting, and then attached in this way.
