Robin

This morning I had an early appointment at the Heart Clinic at our local Health Centre and after going through the results of my recent full blood test, BP, Heart rate and chest sounding etc, I left with nearly 100% on all counts - next appointment this time next year, apart from usual blood tests. Whoopee!

I celebrated with a visit to Hobbycraft in our local Garden Centre, for a top up of a few art supplies, a cup of coffee, and a talk with a lovely Robin.  

Apart from a light frost this morning it has been quite nice today with some sunshine.
