Clear, fresh and with a slight frost the day dawned peacefully as we strolled down to the woods to top up the bird feeders.
The roar of the traffic from the A39 below our summit was very much evident as the crazy world dashed around.
After delivering Yaris to the garage half a mile away we strolled around the area visiting a couple of friends and weighing Dippy at the vets. 16 kilograms, much heavier than the few hundred grams when he arrived in the world.
After collecting Yaris we collected some lunch from Amadeus and spent the afternoon planting native tree saplings with fellow members of Devon Wildlife Trust.(extra)
A delicious supper of chicken stir fry before heading out to Choir practice.
A good turnout and enjoyable evening of various songs.
