Well, I had what I thought was a fairly gentle gym session yesterday, but today I could hardly walk! The day didn't start well as there was an unexpected road closure on my way to work causing absolute chaos, and then the rest of the day was spent trying to walk as little as possible! I was glad to get home for a lie down.
