Henders

I only took one shot today. It was of Kat's cat, Henders. He ran away and hid after this one and we had to make our way south.

It was an early start for me as I wanted to get up before Kat left for work so that I could say goodbye to her. We set off home soon after she left as THe Man had another eye appointment this afternoon in Kendal.

We got home with an hour to spare before we got back in the car to go to his appointment. Waiting times were long and it was dark when we got home.

Sadly, just as I had been taking a photo of #2 Daughter's cat, #1 Daughter had been at the vets with her 17 year-old cat having to allow it to be put to sleep. I was pleased I had made lots of effort last year to photograph it  and include it in the calendar I gave the family at Christmas. I even used its image to make a birthday card for The Granddaughter to match a T-shirt I bought her.
