Down the rabbit hole

Dina found this hole very interesting during this morning's walk.
Saw my physio today and we are both pleased with the outcome, I have instructions to carry on with the exercises he has given me, and to contact him if things get bad again.
Dina seemed very bouncy this afternoon so I decided rather than running by myself I'd take her along, Keely made it very clear she didn't want to come (she looked very comfy and cosy curled up on the sofa).
We did a bit of running linked together, then let her off to run free and pushed myself to try and keep the pace up.
Cleaned the house, put the bins out and lit the log burner
