On the buses

We spent a lot of time in buses today. This morning we took two buses  and travelled to a lovely cafe in Kaiapoi. Our friends got on the second bus to meet us on the way. This afternoon we took two more buses to Christchurch Hospital to visit our sister in law who has been very unwell. We found her to be much improved and even able to get out of bed and walk to the lift with us when we left. She is hoping to be discharged early next week, which is great news. The buses are free for us ( over 65), but the best thing is not having to search for a car park at the destination.
