Last night’s cake was, as expected, not cooked inside. Very disappointing.

In the evening I baked the second version, went back to my old trust recipe. While I was baking I also did some gluten free cookies to take at the weekend.

Matt and I tried one and they’re good - managed to get them squishy in the middle! Proud, I’ve not quite nailed the gluten free baking before.
