A Slumbering A964

A leisurely stravaig (what other kind is there?) in the parish.  A good drying day to be out.  There have been call offs for tonight’s parish whisky meeting but, rest assured, the bottles will be attending on their own.  I received a call earlier in the week from the Physio at the Balfour Hospital.  We missed each other a few times.  I picked up the phone this morning when she asked me what I wanted !!  It had ben her who had instigated the calls.  Once it was resolved I asked her if she wanted to attend the whisky meet up.  She agreed to send a bottle.  I think Bernard would be proud of my prowess; but little else.  Indeed Little Else is now the new neighbour of Desmond who has hardly corresponded in weeks.  The burning question is ‘Should I go back to Barbara Tuchman?’  Flotta Burns Supper is now going ahead on the 14th Feb.  It would be patently mad if all of you in Blipland to pass up on this opportunity.  I hope you all have eye-opening hedonistic weekends.  Especially any denizens of Braco.
