11 years!

Today marks 11 years of us living in Ibiza. What a ride it's been, highs and lows and lots of the mundane... We're grateful to be here! We marked it with a picnic and a photo, and a glass of cava too!
I'd spent the morning on my essay...I can't wait to hand everything in. The countdown is on... I've still got a video presentation to create somehow! Argh.
This afternoon Nate and I bussed it back to school so he could go to Patis Oberts and play. Back home for more essaying! Thankfully I had Danny's slow cooked gammon to look forward to as a treat for dinner.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Life here. Never in a million years imagined we'd end up living in Ibiza. It still surprises me sometimes!
2) Almost having the first draft done of this essay.
3) Seeing flamingos in the salt flats as we drove to this bit of coast.
