Spirit of Malton

Thank you for all the supportive comments yesterday. 

Pilates this morning followed by a serious assault on the to do list. The car needed a good clean and as it was milder today I donned my wellies and waterproofs. Gosh it was incredibly filthy.

The recent  MOT revealed we need the front tyres replacing. So combined that with some shopping in Malton.

Been devoid of a Blip I detoured to take this photo. Malton has a number of racing stables and holds an annual charity event where you can visit the different establishments and see how the horses are prepared for races. I taught a number of jockeys children as a young teacher in Norton. Remember taking.the hockey team to play a private school in Whitby. One of my girls was busy reading the Greyhound form guide. Quite a contrast to the girls we were playing!

Home to get tea for Richard on his return from dialysis.
