Birthday Cake

It is John’s birthday and I got a wee bit of the cake to eat, a bit in a box to eat later and the rest will be all scoffed by the clan tonight. Chocolate eggs will have to wait as too hard for sore mouth.

Wee walk together round the community park.

Trying to watch TV, a bit of the France v Wales rugby tonight, might not make the 2nd half.

Exhausted after the dentistry done, still feeling sensitive this morning. Got special toothpaste delivered today to help teeth left through treatment.

GP DrJ phoned to check in - already had update.from Oncology so I didn’t need to, advice given & further support if needed.

Feeling overwhelmed with all the support.

I feel tired before I’ve even started treatment, anxiety about it all is not helping!
