always worth a photo

Funny how all four of our girls have liked playpens, it certainly gives us adults breathing space knowing they are safe. Today Josie wanted to be in the playpen with her little sister.
I've had a fairly quiet day today The cases are packed and locked and labels stuck on. If I need more space I can take more handluggage but I think I'm all done.
I went to church this morning too pick up some baptism cards I meant to take the home communion set back, but forgot. I remembered to update the service log book though.
From church I headed off to the post office where they changed some Scots notes to English for me, in fact they were very helpful. Our local PO has a reputation for bad service and grumpy staff, this one is in a small shop in a little shopping centre and they are always so very friendly and helpful.
Ali came over at three with the girls and they stayed for tea which was lovely. I'm going to miss them while I'm away.
Thank you by the way for your concern about our carpet - looks like we got away with that. I used water then finished with vinegar and we seem to have neither smell not stain so that's a relief.

Colin is in Perth this evening for a concert, we're off to Fairport Convention tomorrow so a busy weekend.
