Culinary pairing
When you've been to the pub on Thursday, what you need on Friday is a wee bit of a lie in and the right sustenance and what could be a finer pairing than Scottish plain bread and lorne sausage. It's like they were made for each other.
And the interesting thing about plain bread is that it's practically impossible to make at home so if you want it you need to buy it. I wouldn't normally (apart from the emergency loaf in the freezer) not when bread's laughably easy to make for next to nothing but when the wee Sainsbury's has it yellow stickered for 30p you'd be a fool not to.
