after a wonderful sleep i had a little walk  while the sun was shining…coming back to a lovely cup of coffee,  daily reading and getting my tablets sorted for the  week….

i had a gp non face to face yesterday, among other things he is going to send me to the falls clinic….. i’m hoping it might help me….i’m a bit sceptic.   but you never know….
