Sourdough

Up early to bake the bread before going to the farmers market. We went early to get some smoked haddock and salmon as the last couple of times the fish man had sold out 
When we got home I had to clear the kitchen waste pipe as it’s been very slow for the last few days
I then got on with the glockenspiel controller. I made the catch and guide and it all fitted properly. One slight problem the tail / lever that protrudes from the back was a bit short so I have made another one and glued it in place 
Took our son into Cambridge mid afternoon then went for a walk as far as the village green
Been too busy for photography again so it had to be the sourdough I am very pleased with it this week
