Search and Rescue?

Coastguard helicopter hovering over local fishing boat .  Nothing much seemed to happen and the helicopter flew away.
There are two lifeboat stations about 15 minutes away so hard to see why the helicopter was called out, unless it was doing hovering over a boat training...
