Mini Mincement Cake

Baking Day. This time making Mary Berry's Mini Mincemeat Cakes, and experimenting baking in the Ayr Fryer. The jury is still out. The cake in the Air Fryer took longer and got a more crumbly crust by the time it passed the skewer test (*). Those in the oven did not take as long to past the skewer test.

(*) - insert a skewer and when it comes out without any batter sticking to it, the the cake is cooked.
