Waiting for the Bishop

A long day:
Making petiscos for Stephanie's art exhibition.
Lunch at Sem Fim with Rita, Miguel and their 18month old, Xavier.
Mass with Bishop to reopen Monsaraz church - we chickened out in the end, and glad we did, as it apparently lasted three hours.
Opening of exhibition and standing around socialising.

Gratefuls:
- the beauty of this area right now, the winter light, blossom, greenery
- catching up with friends, and with Paul and Felicity tonight on FT
- that, though we were broken into at the top building, nothing was taken (but roof now broken and will be a problem if it rains again)
