Beach scene

It's been a lovely sunny day.  I had the usual sprint cycle class at the gym followed by a coffee and catch up with a friend and the the Pilates class.  It was so warm and sunny we had to have all the windows and even a door open.

After lunch I couldn't resist going out for a walk while the sun was still out so I went for a walk along the beach and then up the estuary.  I took a few photos of birds including a pretty little siskin but didn't see the kingfisher.  Today's photo is an ICM of the beach which has a large quantity of driftwood and seaweed washed up in the recent storms.
