A Tear In My Eye

Hi everyone

As some of you know my lovely border collie Tizzy, who is fast approaching 16 years of age, has really not been well recently. In fact her health has been failing her so much that she has been limited to being in the house for the past 2 months and we fear that we will not have her much longer.

Today though was a good day for her and with the weather so good we decided to take her to one of her favourite places, the beach at Lytham St Annes. Although unable to walk far (or chase a ball) and having to suffer the indignity of being carried to/from the car she still loved it! I've not seen her so alert for such a long time and I must admit, I had a tear in my eye. It was so good to see her happy.
