Lyall Bay

Todays walk was from the Airport to Island Bay about 10km with a cafe and Bus Stop at the end.
Lovely walk and a great day where we met a lot of chatty folk and Bussed home. On the way there was a lady picking rubbish out of the foliage and we discovered that she was part of the organisation in extras. Once a week this group just meet and remove rubbish along the waterfront and have been doing it for 25 years.
Really fab!!!!
It has a lovely sandy beach but this view doesnt show that.
