Winner

Bay Empress won the 7th race at Wetherby for trainer Micky Hammond, at 18/1.

Won easily too.

Was a happy horse in the winners enclosure.

Micky, ourselves, staff and a few owners weren't happy that the paddock bar wasn't open, and when we found them there regardless, it was like we were involved in an impromptu squat.

I've been going to Wetherby for 35 years and I've always had a pint in there. Not this time!

Nice to also finally meet up with Mulldog, racehorse tipster from Rochdale. We know each other via twitter but had never met.
