Back after a little break

I decided to take a little break in January.  My current operating mode seems to be having far too much to do and so I decided to take a blip break.  Work has been busy which has a knock on effect on the girls and John, and then my Nan's husband who is 90 had a bad fall. My sisters and I have been driving back and forth to hospital where he spent 2 weeks, and cleaning and tidying his house as he had got into a bit of a mess and then sorting out carers.   He is still mentally fine and has a huge circle of friends, but accepts he does need help now.  

But in positive news, I booked a holiday, I decided to use some of my critical illness payout to treat us to a fancy abroad holiday in July!  

I worked a lot of this weekend but I am now up to date on work and I plan to set some better boundaries and get some balance and exercise back into my life in February.
