The Japanese Garden in winter

An early night away with friends to Perthshire, so we took the opportunity to stop at Cowden Japanese Garden. Sadly the weather was more overcast than predicted, but it was nice to have it so quiet and peaceful. 

A nice lunch there, then on to our hotel and a very sociable afternoon and evening (the boys even managed a game of backgammon)!
