The port lodges

Today we thought we might do the tour and tastings at as many as 3 of the port lodges. Our livers are probably relieved that we only managed 1 tour (Graham's) and 1 tasting (Croft).
Lots of prettier and more spectacular shots but this seems to sum the day up best.
Did a lot of walking so not feeling too bad about the calories consumed.
We might fit Ferreira in tomorrow or Monday. What have we learned? I should have found a Symington to marry. They own Graham, Warre, Dow, Cockburns and another with a Portuguese name I can't recall. The lodge we looked round had fantastic views up the Douro towards the Luiz I bridge. Beautiful.
