Belgian Chocolate

Today we went to Bruge. In the morning we had a tour around the chocolate factory. We learnt all about the history of chocolate, how to make it, why Belgian chocolate is so special and then had a demonstration of making some chocolate stars (and a tasting). These statues were all made of chocolate. These ones were kept in a glass case, I'm not sure if it was to stop it from melting or to stop people eating them.
