Lavender

This reminds me, I asked for a mint tea after lunch on the weekend and the owner suggested I try one of "tomillo" instead (thyme) as its typical in that area. I said ok. When it came I kept laughing because it smelled like roast chicken to me, given that I usually pair chicken and thyme. 

It was delicious none the less. Just tickled me to be like "Mmm. Chicken." While I sipped my digestive brew.
