We cook everything from scratch and since we cook only vegetarian, there are always greens in our fridge. Freshly rinsed spinach, sugar snap peas and broccoli in the photo. The spinach is in my stomach at the time of writing. They were part of my favorite Indian dish palak paneer that I made for dinner today. My favorite vegetable broccoli will end up in the pan later this week, as will the sugar snap peas. I am looking forward to it.
