Best thing

about South Shields was the view of Tynemouth. Never been before and, although it did have a nice beach not much else to go back for. Found two coffee shops, both served drinks in takeaway cup which I don’t like if we are sitting in, and the food didn’t look that good. So we got a takeaway coffee and had lunch back at the camper. Arrived at site just before four and the owner called to ask if it was us that had just arrived, don’t know how he knew as no sign of anyone in fields, and to pick a pitch and he would be over shortly, more that three hours later and not been.
Another nice day with dry and quite warm weather.
Think we might head home tomorrow.
