Flower Power .

I was struck by the late afternoon sunshine lighting up a corner of the kitchen , it caught the flowers too that had been given to me by my friend Alison with whom I spent the day walking and talking .
Oh , the topics we covered , she is a deep diver so that when something catches her interest she becomes an expert . Today we talked a great deal about ADHD and Rejection sensitivity . I’ve come away with all sorts to listen to and look up .
