J's day off

A slow start in the morning is always a pleasure. I did my exercises and chucked some pancakes down my throat before we set off for swimming.

Grandad came along too which the kids enjoyed. He reckons he'll come back again soon as he liked it so much.

This afternoon we had along drive around Leighton buzzard, seeing what's around that way.

Also made a lush jalfrezi from the hairy bikers cook book. Would definitely recommend!
