Malaga day 2

I got it completely wrong we didn’t go to Picasso Museum yesterday we went to the Carmen Thyssen!

Today was Picasso! It was also v good and I really enjoyed this William Kentridge production called More Sweetly Play the Dance https://www.kentridge.studio/william-kentridge-projects/more-sweetly-play-the-dance/ . It’s a shadow dance performed and filmed of real people but looks like shadows. The music was perfect for it and the whole performance lasted 15 mins.

Time for a coffee stop. Malaga old town area, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to good coffee places. We didn’t have a bad one all the time here and half the price of U.K..

Next up was a half hour walk down the water front to the Museum of Automobile and Fashion. Stopped off in a little restaurant first though for some food. It was on the seafront and very good.

The museum was amazing. Started off with the old cars and they paired designer fashions of the day with the car. Most of the well known designers dresses were on show. The cars were spectacular. We were there for almost 2 hours. I asked the guy on reception if he knew how much the whole collection was worth but he didn’t know….

We got the service bus back into the city centre. Back to the hotel for a cuppa and a sit downstairs in the lounge.
