Slieve Donard Hotel

We were in Newcastle this morning, a blustery walk along the promenade and a coffee. This is the Slieve Donard Hotel, originally built as a station hotel. It's now a 'Marine and Lawn' hotel and caters to golfers playing at the Royal County Down - though I should maybe qualify that by saying well heeled golfers because it isn't cheap!! Trains no longer go to Newcastle and the station is now a Lidl supermarket.
